Description An arrangement of Saint-Saens’ lovely bassoon sonata for tenor saxophone and piano. In three movements, this requires nimble fingerwork, and some optional altissimo. Melodic and lyrical, well worth the work. Around grade 8 standard. The ABRSM have set the first movement for Grade 7 and the second movement for Grade 8 from 2022.
