Its flavour is fruity and bright — tangy hibiscus and sweet berries with a vivid ruby colour and a refreshing, lively finish. Apple pieces add natural sweetness, while elderberries and currants contribute rich, jammy fruit notes. Strawberry leaves add a subtle earthiness and complexity. The overall cup is lively and slightly tart, with a bright, refreshing finish. BrewingHeat fresh water to 95°C. Place one bio sachet in a cup and pour 250–300 ml over it. Steep for 5–7 minutes.
